Sudden hair fall

My hair fall was extremely minimal during the first 6 months of this treatment, but after reaching the 6-month mark, I suddenly started experiencing severe, excessive hair fall.

Reason of this hair shedding is probably second shed . As some miniaturised hair will be present . Think it like this that if 100 hair are miniaturised than in early treatment if 40 sheds remaining 60 are present . These will shed when their phase will reach at its tipping point. So probaby it’s normal.
Second reason could be progression of Androgenetic Alopecia. Maybe it needs some extra DHT Blocking or some invasive sessions

i am not seeing result

its been nearly 3 months hairfall reduction has not slowed down and i have also taken dht blocker 1000mg for 2 months.

3 factors you should know dear sir
1. It usually takes 6-8 months for visible results although some patients are lucky enough to get it in 3 months
2. Hairfall reduction happens overtime . If more thin hair are present than shedding will be prolonged. Don’t expect kindly zero hairfall as there’s no term like that
3. Maybe you are using under dosed treatment as AGA is progressive disease sometimes we need more stronger DHT Blocking or sometimes we need invasive therapies like PRP to support further.

Its just too watery and i think if being watery

Its just too watery and i think if being watery is necessarythen they should include spray otherwise its quite difficult to apply

Assalam u alaikum Dr Ahmed here with spray the application is not effective as we use premium airless pump bottle to avoid degradation and oxidation of product. Make three parts of hair and apply 6 pumps from frontal to crown area and massage in circular motion. As for watery concern we have significantly reduced irritants for long term usage..
